So canning the last turkey we managed to snag for cheap. Using tattler lids, not sure if that has any bearing. When I pulled them out exactly four were boiling four were not. I know with tattler you tighten as soon as they stop boiling. So I tightened the four that weren’t and thirty mins later still waiting on the other four to stop boiling.
The question is the four that were not boiling is that a sign that they won’t seal in the end?
I know I will find out in the end but hey if I can find out sooner that would be great for my curiosity.
