Ingredients:
– 1 sheet puff pastry
– 250g fresh spinach
– 100g feta cheese
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp roasted garlic granules
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– egg for egg wash
– knob of butter

To make:
– Sauté spinach in butter and add all seasoning. Mix for around 5 mins on high heat. Strain the spinach till all excess water is removed. Allow to cool.
– Place spinach onto 1/2 the pastry and top with crumbled feta.
– Fold the pastry across and press down all 4 sides. Brush with egg.
– Place into the oven at 160 degrees for 30 mins or until golden and crispy. Enjoy warm!

You won’t believe how easy and quick this spinach and feta pastry is to put together start by sautéing your fresh spinach and adding in some seasoning then remove all of the excess water to ensure the puff pastry isn’t soggy crumble on a generous amount of feta cheese fold and then make incisions

Through the pastry then brush on with some egg wash and place into the oven until it’s golden and crisp enjoy
