One Pot Spicy Shrimp Noodles for days when you need a quick and easy, but also comforting, meal

Ingredients (2 servings):
• 2 packs @momofukugoods spicy soy noodles
• 1.25 packets spicy soy sauce, adjust according to taste (from noodle packets)
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• 1/2 lb shrimp
• 1.5 tbsp butter
• 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup broth (I use low sodium veggie)
• 2 cups water
• lemon juice
• green onions
• salt + white pepper (I use the @momofukugoods savory seasoned salt)
