So I had pickled pigs feet and had them in my refrigerator. They take up so much space. I dumped them all in my slow cooker. Hoping to cook them down and then hot pack them in jars and pressure can. Any thoughts or suggestions. It did make a beautiful Aspic

What’s the point of cooking something that is pickled?
What do you do with pickled pigs feet? I love eating the whole animal and trying new things. I have literally have never heard of using the feet.
Wouldn’t the cooking process just create a bunch of gelatin?
