    Cut cucumbers in half and scoop out insides (can eat or reuse for salad)

    Fill cucumbers with white rice, layer on sliced avocado (currently $1.20 AUD each)

    Now add optional protein of choice, I used garlic prawns

    Then drizzle Spicy/Chillie Mayo sauce overtop

    (Optional – sprinkle sesame seeds over finished product)

    VERY FILLING MEAL… Cheap, and can also be vegetarian if you choose not to add any meat protein.
