12 oz chicken dark meat
1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine (sub white rice wine)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
¼ tsp sugar
¼ tsp white pepper
2 inch knob Ginger
3 fresh shiitake mushrooms
