In my last canning session, I accidentally let the pressure in my Presto canner go over 15 psi and it set the standard 15 psi weight to rocking. As I turned down the heat to get back to 10 psi, I noticed the weight quit rocking before the gauge was below 15 so that made me start thinking that the gauge might be slightly off. I’d like to try using the three piece weight to test/supplement that gauge. Is the item pictured what I need?
