    Maybe my own Bias, but I have had thin and thick sliced… and I actually like thin sliced better, the thicker cuts …. have a different “mouth feel”(???) it’s good, but it feels.. Tougher? Thin sliced seems to melt with little effort.

    Either way, it looks Delicious. Enjoy.
