I’ve made a vanilla cake, filled with lemon curd and strawberry compote, topped with vanilla buttercream flowers. This was my first time piping an object out of buttercream, so hopefully, I’ll get better with a lot of practice!
And now I know to put a thin layer of buttercream underneath certain fillings :’)
