Prix Fixe: $147 (then) vs $210 (now)
Le Bernardin Tasting: $180 or $270 with wine (doesn’t exist today)
Chef’s Tasting: $215 (then) vs $315 (today)

That honestly doesn’t seem like an insane price increase, with inflation and all. $300 for a tasting is actually lower than a lottttt of other places in nyc. That being said, I didn’t love my meal there so I’m likely not going back either way. Very interesting to see though!
