A Lebanese breakfast at the retreat let’s start by frying Lebanese bread for the fat the watermelon will peir nicely with feta and halomi cheese some yogurt chili balls and Shang which is another type of yogurt that’s fermented our fat is topped with cooked chickpeas tahini garlic yogurt and ghee fried pine nuts

Our fo is also mixed with chickpeas onion tomato lemon garlic and olive oil then the fried eggs and Turkish siil to finish it all off I don’t know about you but this breakfast will keep us sustained all day long what’s your favorite dish in this whole spread
