CUOCERE IN FORNO VENTILATO PRERISCALDATO A 190° PER 15 MINUTI CIRCA.
🇬🇧 INGREDIENTS:
14 Savoy cabbage leaves
500 gr of potatoes
200 gr of smoked scamorza cheese
50 gr of Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil, salt
Pepper and nutmeg
Breadcrumbs
BAKE IN A PREHEATED CONVECTION OVEN AT 190° FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES.

14 feuilles de chou de Savoie
500 gr de pommes de terre
200 gr de scamorza fumée
50 gr de parmesan
Huile d’olive extra vierge, sel
Poivre et noix de muscade

CUIRE DANS UN FOUR À CONVECTION PRÉCHAUFFÉ À 190° PENDANT ENVIRON 15 MINUTES.

Smoked scamorza parmesan, and extra virgin olive oil. We don’t see salt on the table because I put salt in the water where we boil the cabbage and I put salt in the water where I boiled the potatoes. Now we immediately move to the stove to blanch the cabbage. The water

Boils and we begin to immerse the leaves. As I already said, the water has already drained and the cabbage is well washed. We sink the leaves with a wooden spoon, and wait for the water to boil again . We can turn off the gas and drain the cabbage.

I have prepared a tray with a clean napkin and now we take the cabbage leaves and put them on the napkin. While we let the cabbage leaves cool, we prepare the filling for the rolls. We add a drizzle of oil, pepper and nutmeg, parmesan and plenty of smoked scamorza

The filling is ready, we set it aside and also prepare the baking dish where we cook the rolls. We put a little extra virgin olive oil and breadcrumbs on the base we also put the baking dish aside and one by one, we begin to prepare our rolls.

We take the cabbage leaf, put the filling inside , close and roll up, nothing could be simpler… the first of our rolls is ready and we place it on the pan. We continue to prepare all the others in the same way.

And the second one is ready too… and we put this one in the pan too And the last of our rolls is also on the pan, now we put oil and breadcrumbs, and now we can cook the rolls in a preheated ventilated oven at 190° for 15/20 minutes.
