My parents’ oven has an air fryer mode, thought I’d try it out tonight!

Patted dry and sprinkled corn starch, lemon pepper seasoning, cayenne, paprika, and black pepper ( each side )

Set on wire rack with cookie sheet on lower oven rack to catch drippings and baked on Air Fryer Mode 350°F for 30 minutes and then flipped.

Flipped and increased heat to 400°F for ~20 minutes.

Sauce is: butter, Frank’s Red Hot, honey, dash of Worcestershire, dash of soy sauce, sprinkle of the previous rub minus corn starch.

Brushed sauce on and air fry/baked for 5 mins, flipped and repeated.

Put under broiler on hi for ~4 minutes, flipped and repeated.

Tossed with remaining sauce. ( I left 6 without the toss to experiment )
