Was it herby with grains and maybe some chopped veggies? I think it’s Tabbouleh!

Was it spicy? Looks like schug (also spelled zhug or skhug), a Middle Eastern condiment made from peppers, herbs like parsley, mint and cilantro, various spices like coriander or cumin, olive oil, lemon and garlic. Many variations of this.
I believe my mother-in-law buys a version at Trader Joe’s but you could also make it yourself fairly easily with a food processor.
