Biggest Maine lobster roll I ever made or had. 2lbs. of Maine lobster meat in there.
Lobster came from EZ Lobster and it was fresh and never frozen. I make lobster rolls a lot when I’m done working with fresh already picked meat because it’s quick and easy.
