    1 slice of Dave’s Killer Bread

    1/2 an avocado

    1 egg

    15g Kewpie Mayo

    1 scallion, sliced thinly

    A generous shake of Everything seasoning

    A pinch of Shichimi Togarashi seasoning

    ———

    Toast bread aggressively, mash avocado on top.

    In a separate bowl, make egg salad with other ingredients.

    Spread egg salad over avocado toast.

    Enjoy!
