Moist Chocolate Cake

  1. Ingredients:

    For the Cake:

    • ⁠3 large eggs

    • ⁠200g (1 cup) granulated sugar

    • ⁠180ml (3/4 cup) vegetable oil

    • ⁠220ml (1 cup) milk

    • ⁠1 tsp vanilla extract

    • ⁠18g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder

    • ⁠8g (2 tsp) baking powder

    • ⁠210g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour

    For the Chocolate Sauce: ⁠220ml (1 cup) milk, 200g (1 cup) granulated sugar, 125ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil (Feel free to reduce the amount of oil), 25g (4 tbsp) cocoa powder, ⁠1/2 tsp salt

    Optional toppings: desiccated coconut, crushed hazelnuts/walnuts/pistachios/almonds.
