I’ve been nagging my wife to start using the butcher instead of the super market for our meat. Yesterday she went in there for the first time and was really pleased with these 2 steaks for £6.

I’ve just taken them out of the bag to let them sit before cooking and my immediate thought was these are not okay… Butcher told her they were well hung but the fact that it’s only one side and the level of discoloration is really putting me off.

Thoughts?
