I followed [this](https://tastesbetterfromscratch.com/orange-marmalade/) orange marmalade recipe because I’ve had problems with harder rinds. Good news is that the rind is nice and soft, but the bad news is that two of the four jars didn’t seal properly. The marmalade was thick and gooey when I put it in and not exactly liquid-y, so could that have effected the chances of sealing? I got it relatively close to a quarter inch from the top.
