We went to Gauthier on 13.01.2024 and it was a very pleasant experience. They were able to accommodate our dietary preferences. They offered an pre dessert as a gift, which was very nice of them.
I read on this /r that some people had meat replacements in the past and they were very happy. The canapes was introduced as having v tina, which neither me nor my partner could taste 🙁 besides that everything was delicious, with brioche fluff+ lettuce sauce and the pear chocolate dessert being our top dishes.

Interesting, a commendable effort to bring more vegan options to the fine dining scene. £55 is pretty reasonable, all things considered.
