All this cold weather has me thinking of spring and making redbud flower jelly, however I realized I’m not sure the recipe I’ve been using is safe.

I didn’t join this sub until after making last year’s batch. I didn’t realize some people post unsafe or untested canned food recipes, so I want to make sure this one I’ve been using is safe, and if not, if another could be recommended.

I *assume*, being from a big company, they wouldn’t post anything unsafe, but I would rather be safe than sorry.
