I just tried to pressure can some stock and this part is damaged. Into the freezer they go- but where can I find this piece.

You may find that gasket in that size at ACE hardware or home depot. Gasket seals of that type are very common. If you have the damaged one I would take it with you, unless you have a parts list with the accurate description and sizes.

It might not be the same but you can buy a gasket for the presto brand PC on their website for $1.50 Stock No. 85659
