Nothing beats a cozy bowl of Aush on a cold winter day. This simple one-pot Afghan recipe is not only hearty and comforting, but also incredibly delicious.

Special thanks to @arianasweets_foods for providing us with their high quality Afghan products for this recipe. Their enriched flour noodles are so tender and took this classic dish to the next level!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oil
1 24oz jar Ragu
6 cups Water
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Mrs Dash
2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Dill
1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
12 oz Angel Hair or Spaghetti (broken)
1 can Chickpeas (rinsed)
1 can Kidney Beans (rinsed)

Instructions:
To make Aush, begin by adding some oil, Ragu, water, minced garlic, Mrs Dash, salt, dill and chopped cilantro into a large pot. Heat it up until it reaches a nice boil. Now, break your noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the pot, cooking until tender. Next, add chickpeas and kidney beans. Give everything a good stir, so the flavors come together and let simmer on low. When you’re ready to dig in, serve it up with a dollop of creamy yogurt, a sprinkle of mint, or red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
