Hello! Question
Pita Bread. Yay or nay? I know to stay away from the white bread type. But I found this one and would love to venture out and try a bunch of nutrient dense pita sandwiches/wraps.
Let me know if this is OK. I know its processed but it would be limited.

    It’s certainly better than white bread. Try to keep an eye out for any that don’t include added sugar or only have a minimal amount for the future

    Yeah it’s fine. I haven’t tried this brand but I can vouch for the Trader Joe’s one. It’s cheaper and tastes better than the bread I get from middle eastern stores.

    The raw sugar and cultured corn syrup are red flags for me. That being said, many times “close enough” has to be good enough when it comes to store-bought pitas. Even with the added sugar and corn syrup, my cut off is 2 grams added sugars.
