  1. I used to make a ribeye steak chmichurri flatbread as one of my specials at this restaurant i worked at. It's pretty similar to what you did. I put xhimicurri as the base with some havarti cheese, then grilled the steak layed it across the flatbread and put more chimi on the steak with some fresh grated parm and topped it off with some micro cilantro. Shit was always a hit.

  2. Might I suggest Lamb Tenderloin Cimmi Churri with the same ingredients and Cacao in with Kaffir Lime Leaves and Small yellow Filipino Limes and I believe your mind on the best might be modified. I Challenge your claim it's your best yet
