One does not simply use only Frank’s for a wing sauce.

I like to melt some butter, add franks original, garlic powder, cayenne. Then I will add other random sauces from my stash until it’s just right. O’brothers Habanero sauce, mad dog reaper sriracha, mad dog ghost pepper. And the beauty of it is if you overdo the other sauces, melt a touch more butter to mild it down. Great with air fried wings!

Is it just me or has the frequency of posts mentioning Frank’s hot sauce jumped up like 500% in the past week?

I do. I like the classic butter/Franks sauce. I usually also make another sauce as well (Butter/garlic, BBQ, honey/habanero, etc), but I always make half my chicken using the classic sauce.

My favourite sauce for wings is Frank’s with El Yucateco XXXtra hot sauce and black pepper and parmesan. I love how it just punches my taste buds.

The way I’ve been rolling lately is dry rub before air frying. Garlic powder, cayenne, celery salt, coriander, and black pepper. Then after cooking I do franks wing sauce with some Last Dab XXX. Perfection.
