Mackerel marinated in chopped cilantro, garlic and lemon juice. Cauliflower dusted in dukka spice and olive oil. Followed a basic recipe for the patatas bravas- fried potatoes, sauce is olive oil, broth, smoked spanish paprika, garlic, and tomato paste.
