  1. Thought I’d post some of my favorite plates of the past few months! Left to right, top to bottom:

    Tofu with mojo sauce (Bryant Terry’s sauce recipe), tostones, sofrito black beans, cilantro lime rice and avocado

    Thanksgiving plate! Gardein roast, mashed potatoes, mac n’ chz, beyond sausage country stuffing, sweet potato casserole, homemade cranberry sauce

    Roasted butternut squash pasta, field roast smoked sage and apple sausage, extra squash, herb breadcrumbs, and fried sage garnish

    Friendsgiving dinner! Only one I didn’t make – impossible meatloaf, pasta, salad, sweet potato casserole. Omni friend made a huge vegan spread ❤️ everything was delicious.

    (YES THEY’RE VEGAN) BBQ Juicy Marbles Ribs, twice baked potato, garlicky green beans, roasted corn

    Grilled chz and tomato soup 😋 Rao’s tomato soup immersion blended with EVOO makes it super creamy.
