  1. Looks great. And a solid looking bagel.

    For me, right after i make it, I wrap it snugly in wax paper (or foil) and let it sit for five minutes. It makes it all come together.

    Edit: just noticed you got it at a bagel shop, but if you make it at home I stand by my statement
