When the original shortage happened, I grabbed a few extra bottles of Huy Fong. Just finished up my last bottle of the original blend.
It’s just a Sriracha sauce, I get why people say it is overrated, and there are some good alternative options out there for sure, but I’m still a little sad to find myself at the end of this. era.

The shortage has been brutal. Went from a daily habit to none for the past couple years. I’ve been reading that it’s coming back to stores though – is this incorrect?
Also, I’d like to formally recognize that me posting a lame photo of an empty bottle of sauce is diving head first into shitpost territory, and for that I apologize.
