Blend one can of canelli beans, 3 TB olive oil,2 TB water, 2 ts fresh rosemary, 1-2 cloves of garlic, salt , pepper and cayenne to taste. I love it on Dave’s bread toasted with some feta and arugula. My favorite simple breakfast 😊

    I thought at first that was a ninja creami container and was a little grossed out by this, but now I’m interested in trying it.

    I make this exact dip all the time but I roast the garlic first and add lemon zest. It’s good on everything. And you can blend with pesto for a really creamy pasta sauce.
