SHRIMP STIR FRY

    ## INGREDIENTS:

    1. Shrimp 500 gm
    2. Green chili 1 sliced
    3. Carrots sliced 1/4th cup (Optional)
    4. Onions 1 /2 cup sliced
    5. Garlic Minced 1tbsp
    6. Salt as required
    7. Oil 1tbsp
    8. Soy sauce 2tbsp
    9. Cornstarch 1tbsp
    10. Chicken broth 1/2 cup
    11. Red Chili sauce 1tsp

    ## METHOD:

    Serving Size 4-5

    Peel the skin of the shrimps and wash them. Keep the tail intact.

    Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

    Heat oil in a skillet and add garlic and onions. Sauté for 1 minute and add the vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

    Add the shrimp and then pour in the sauce. Add salt and toss to coat the shrimp with sauce.
    Serve over hot rice.
