I have been drinking sugar-free tea and it tastes like disappointment, weather hot or cold. I looked at buying a nut milk, but there are additives. I made my own oat milk, and it is great in hot tea. I guess the coffee lovers might like this, too.

I use oat milk from the store, and I’m curious about this recipe.. How easy is it to get slimy milk? And how “high speed” does your blender need to be?
the recipe says it’s not good heated because it’ll separate so I assume that means in hot coffee but you don’t have that problem in hot tea?
