Welcome back to the tiny Texan Cooks we’ve had a cold front that came through here and I think today is going to be a good day for soup so I’m going to be making a Greek lemon and chicken soup called EV gal mono stay tuned today I’ll be using some boneless

Skinless chicken thighs you can use any cut of chicken you’d like you can even use a whole chicken I’m using some carrots a couple of lemons a raw egg a about a half of an onion some arboro rice which is also known as risoto I’ll be using some chicken broth

As well as some dried thyme and some Sage if I had any Dill I would use that but I Don’t [Laughter] E
