    Theres nothing worse than somebody who works in hospitality but hates it. Hospitality is meant for people who want other people to be happy and ones who get happiness from their work. When they hate it, the customer never gets good consistent food.

    And im a chef before anyone chimes in.

    Dear Mr Pro, how do I ensure that I don’t have a cheese slip and slide on my za? Sometimes I go to take a bite and pull off the cheese and am left with sauce bread. I don’t enjoy this. Thank you
