Hi all! I’m in Argentina and recently bought this plant from a street vendor. I was surprised they grew so fast, but now I’m wondering when is it the right time to harvest them. Can/should I do it while they’re green or should they be red? I read somewhere to wait until they’re wrinkly, but I really have no clue.
Many thanks!!

With peppers you can eat them green or wait for the colour. I use both.

You can HARVEST them at any time, as the green peppers have other varieties of uses…But, they are RIPE, when they turn red, and that is when most people harvest them
