This is one of my all time favorite things to have for breakfast. To make this I took three strips of medium thickness bacon cooked until slightly crispy, grilled my bun with butter in a stainless steel frying pan for some crunch set that aside. Added more butter to the pan and put two eggs in the pan. While that was cooking I melted two slices of Swiss cheese in a non stick pan. When the cheese melted I scooped up the cheese with a rubber spatula put it on the bottom half of the bun, placed the bacon on top of the cheese, then the two eggs.
