Italian Dipping Oil with crispy bits of garlic makes the perfect combination to good crusty bread!

Ingredients:
I head of garlic – chopped finely but not minced
2 teaspoons of dried parsley
2 teaspoons of fried oregano
2 teaspoons of dried rosemary
1 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Heat oven to 375.
Line sheet pan with parchment paper and lay garlic on on in a thin layer and spray or coat very lightly in extra virgin olive oil. Bake garlic for 15 minutes stirring it half way.

Add all remaining ingredients to a jar. Shake or stir.

After garlic has cooked add to the jar.

Place mixture on serving bowl and add more extra virgin olive oil if desired. Enjoy!
