You are going to love these herb roasted potatoes! So mediterranean, they are very light, aromatic and have a sweetness from the orange juice and the maple syrup. Very soft on the inside and with a lightly crispy exterior. They are also vegan as they don’t have any butter, just a bit of olive oil.

These lemony Greek potatoes don’t require much of a prep, really easy and quick to prepare your sauce with herbs and spices and then just put them in the oven for about an hour and they are ready!

Εύκολες Αρωματικές Πατάτες Φούρνου

Αυτές τις πατάτες φούρνου θα τις λατρέψετε! Είναι πολύ ελαφριές, αρωματικές και εύκολες στην προετοιμασία.Το καλύτερο? Είναι νηστίσιμες και vegan, αφού δεν περιέχουν καθόλου βούτυρο αλλά μόνο λάδι. Η γλυκιά τους γεύση έρχεται από το χυμό πορτοκάλι και λίγο μέλι ή σιρόπι σφένδαμου.

Υλικά που θα χρειαστείτε
➡️ 5 μεγάλες πατάτες
➡️ 1 λεμόνι
➡️ 1 πορτοκάλι
➡️ 1/3 κούπας ελαιόλαδο
➡️ 1 κ.σ. μιξ από ξηρή ρίγανη, θυμάρι, βασιλικό
➡️ 2 κ.γ. μουστάρδα
➡️ 1 κ.σ. σιρόπι σφένδαμου ή μέλι
➡️ πιπέρι & αλάτι

Peel 5 large potatoes and cut in large cubes Add 1/3 cup of olive oil in a small bowl Add juice of 1 orange Add juice of 1 lemon Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup Add 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs Add 2 teaspoons of mustard Add salt & pepper

Cover the tray and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C/350°F Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes

  1. Wow those are stunning potatoes! I love Mediterranean-style potatoes! Olive oil really makes a difference, I can't make potatoes without it. Nicely done!
