Sides: rice, lettuce, kimchi, pickled carrots & daikon, spicy pickled cucumbers & carrots, pickled onions, potatoes, sliced chili peppers, julienned green onions and sliced garlic.

  1. Those are interesting cooking plates. Is it impractical to have direct fire kbbq in the home? I find that solid plates don’t cook too differently than a griddle or skillet over flame.
