A couple weeks ago on MLK weekend I decided to pressure can for the first time. I did BBQ Pulled pork and Pork in Spicy Broth and Chili Chicken Verde all from The New Ball Book of Canning and Preserving. Made sliders tonight with the BBQ Pulled Pork and they were fantastic! Can’t wait to can more meals in a jar.
