I made this for dinner tonight, I love this dish it’s so easy to make! I used thinly sliced beef, the one for hotpots (sold frozen). I had some extra spinach to use so I added it at the end.
Garnished with benishoga and onsen tamago, with salad on the side (wafu dressing, lettuce, cucumber, avocado, seaweed).
