Pulled Pork bbq baby back rib sliders sandwiches
Hello friends look what we have here today baby back ribs last night we had some baby back ribs for dinner and this is what’s left over I’m going to show you a little trick and very good meal you could do with this leftover meat here and now I cook these very much so
They fall right off the bone watch this we’re going to take the meat off the bone look at that the meat comes right off the bom need to cook these for quite a long time to soften them up okay looks like there’s four still on
The bone and I’m just going to tear them in half for the size we want them that should be good so now we’re just going to mix them up in the sauce get ready for our next step okay the next thing we’re going to do is get a baking dish or a small
Casserole dish like this and we’re going to take our biscuits or Hawaiian RWS whatever you choose line them up in here now you know what we’re going to do right we’re going to make some slider sandwiches okay these are going to be good so this pan I think I’m going to
Cram eight in here okay those fit nicely and next we’ll put the pork meat in here you can use any meat you could use beef or chicken or pork even ground beef if you want any kind of thing that you have left over you can make an interesting little meal
Out of it like just by doing this so we’re just going to spread this around best we can and try to make them evenly that should be good right there so next what I like to do is use some of these ranch style barbecue beans okay we’re going to put these all in
Here I think one can is going to be uh little less than a can for this particular deal next we’re going to top that off with a little cheese we always put cheese on all our sandwiches around here this is going to be a sandwich you eat with a fork I
Think but nothing wrong with that okay got your cheese on there so next we’re going to top it off with the rest of these bread rolls rolls and I’m going to put them on upside down and in a minute you’ll know why make sure they fit in there evenly
And not much higher than the top of the pan there all right now next I’ve melted some butter that’s a half a cube of butter in the bowl 1 minute in the microwave and we’re going to butter all these rolls up cuz we’re going to toss this in the oven and bake
It for about 10 minutes on 350 get this bread all toasty on top with the butter on it probably a little too much butter but hey we love butter now we’ll go ahead and toss this in the oven 350° until the bread’s all toasty on top
That might take about 10 or 15 minutes well look we just pulled these out of the oven and look how nicely they toast it up exactly 10 minutes like I figured because when you put the butter on there it kind of slows down the toasting of it so we’re going to take
One of these out very carefully if I can throw it on the plate I knew they’re going to fall apart a little bit cuz they’re a little bit juicy but look at that melted cheese beans you got that pork going on in there and my special barbecue sauce with brown
Sugar but yeah here you go homemade little slider sandwiches with leftover can’t go wrong this is big Ron signing off for today thank you for watching and we will see you soon
