TIP: Prepare your sauce on Xmas Eve and keep in the refrigerator so all the flavors come together.

NOTE: You can also substitute dijon mustard for mayonnaise which I have done in the past. If you have a family member with an egg allergy, sub 1/8 cup of Dijon mustard and 1/8 cup of plain greek yogurt. This is a perfect combination to avoid mayonnaise.

1 CUP Sour Cream
1/4 CUP mayonnaise
2 TSP lemon 🍋 juice
2 TSP fresh dill & chives
2 TBSP horseradish (fresh or jar)
*3 TBSP if you want the added zing & texture

2 TSP Heat Your Meat 🌶️ OG
1/2 TSP salt 🧂
1/2 TSP black pepper
1/2 TSP garlic 🧄 powder
