8 pints of apple sauce. 5 quarts chopped apples – plus 3 quart freezer bags. 12 – 1/2 pints of scrap jelly – plus 2 pints. 4 quarts plus 2 pints apple juice. This took 2 days after work. Pooped!

    That is well worth it! Just for curiosity, what kind(s) of apples did you use? I’m stuck between apple crisps & galas. (Both are relatively sweet and great for cooking).
