First i fried fish balls and reserved the broth. Then i fried whole spices in oil (mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, peppercorn, clove, black cardamom and anise)

Made a curry base with curry madras powder and kasmiri chili powder, onion, garlic, ginger, celery, carrots, tomato and the fish broth, blended it and added back the fish balls and some cauliflower.

Ate it with brown rice and a za’taar yoghurt sauce and it was delicious!! Can recommend.

    Looks delicious! I bought some fish balls in my latest RTG haul but haven’t figured out what to do with them yet, I may try preparing them like this!
