From “Canning for a New Generation” – thoughts on safety?
I know NCHFP has a handful of similar recipes that use oil, I would just like this sub’s opinions on this book and recipe 🙂 love canned artichokes

I was thinking the same thing when I got the book. Looks unsafe to me. Many of her recipes look fine, just kinda similar to existing recipes with different flavor profiles. Honestly mostly I’ve used it for the gift tags in the back so far lol
