Oh well, the Greek pasta salad I’d made will be even better tomorrow.

Lucky I scrounged breakfast at the office: almonds, an apple, baby bel cheese

Lunch was a big poke bowl and I got interrupted and put it in the fridge for a couple hours before eating the rest.

Dinner was Greek yogurt with cacao nibs, ground flax, frozen blueberries, walnuts, and cinnamon peanut butter.

Good day, feeling good! Unfortunately I didn’t get any olive oil today so I’ll make sure to have a good amount tomorrow. Hope y’all are doing okay and enjoying this diet.
