    I don’t think synthetic THC is a suppliment, but go off. Why not regular THC gummies, are they still illegal where you are? Or another reason?

    FYI nothing wrong with supplements if you don’t like fish but you want to either spend money on a brand that publishes test reports on oxidation products or uses algae. PUFAs are extremely prone to oxidation, plant based sources are buffered against this via phytonutrients while fish sources are not. Oxidized PUFAs are terrible for CVD risk.

    The quality of manufacturing and the time between the fishing and getting into the final form dictate how significant this is.

    FYI2 from a nutritional standpoint there is no reason to use a multivitamin and if doing so means you are not meeting RDAs from food they are a net negative. Multivitamins miss many useful compounds and won’t contain many isomers of vitamins. Supplements are for things you still struggle with once your diet is optimized, ideally single nutrient supplements so quality and dose can be managed.

    Anything fat soluble in there will basically not be absorbed. Any nutrients that don’t like being absorbed with each other will be absorbed poorly.

    I feel like pills are a little more in line with supplements when attempting to stick to this diet. But I like candy too, so gets my vote.
