Wanted to sing the praises of Ball’s Cacciatore Simmer Sauce! I made a couple batches this summer with garden fresh tomatoes and peppers, and Fall/Winter me is so happy to have easy dinners on hand.
I like to use 4 chicken thighs per jar. I sear the thighs, then add capers and the sauce. I serve with rice and greens and it’s sooo delicious!
